Lessons are one to one and run online on Google Meet, or on ClassIn for students in mainland China. Book through the calendar link. Cancel or move a lesson at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or a no show, the lesson is charged. If Alex has to cancel, you get the lesson back at no cost.

For children: a parent may sit in and watch. Please don't help, translate or answer for your child. That silence is where the learning happens.

All lessons are in English, with no translation. Every lesson is built for the student and is not shared with anyone else.

We keep only what we need to teach you: your name, your email, your level and your goal. We never sell it, never share it, and delete it when you ask. Waitlist emails are used for one thing, telling you when the School or the teacher platform opens.

Lesson materials are written by ESL American Stylee and are for the student they were built for. Please don't copy, resell or post them. Where a lesson uses a published podcast, article or video, that material belongs to its owner and is credited on the slide.
